At Guido’s Good Food, we believe true comfort food should never come out of a freezer. We strictly enforce a zero-pre-bake policy across our kitchen. The moment you place your order, Chef Serge begins hand-assembling your dish from scratch using premium, Halal-certified ingredients. Every tray enters the oven only after you place your order, ensuring it arrives at your doorstep steaming hot, aromatic, and at its absolute best.

Unfortunately, no. Since we operate from a central kitchen, our focus is mainly on delivery and pick-up orders to maintain the quality and punctuality.

We are in the process of applying for Halal certification as part of our commitment to serving quality comfort food to more communities.
We calculate the delivery fee based on your delivery area at checkout. The fee is determined by your distance from our kitchen in Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, so you always get fair and transparent pricing before you confirm your order. Please note that we use Lalamove and the rate on the app may differ (slightly lower or higher) depending on the time of day and rider’s availability.
To ensure you enjoy Guido’s Good Food at its best, please follow these storage and consumption guidelines:
After Delivery or Pickup
For the best taste and quality, our freshly prepared products should be consumed within 2 hours after delivery or pickup. Please do not leave the food at room temperature for longer than this period.
Refrigeration
If you are not consuming the food immediately, place it in the refrigerator as soon as possible. Our products can be kept refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Freezing
Our products can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Please ensure they are properly sealed and stored.
Important
Once the food has been delivered or collected, proper storage and handling are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot guarantee the quality, texture or freshness of products that have been left at room temperature beyond the recommended 2 hours or have not been stored according to the guidelines above. Changes such as wateriness, separation or changes in texture may occur when food is improperly stored, left unrefrigerated, or frozen and thawed incorrectly. Guido’s Good Food cannot accept responsibility for quality issues resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery or pickup.
