Before rewriting his life story in Southeast Asia, Chef Serge spent over two decades mastering the strict traditions of classic French and Italian kitchens across Europe. What was meant to be a simple holiday to Malaysia completely transformed his path. A chance encounter led him to the woman who would become his wife, prompting him to leave everything behind in Belgium to embrace a new home.
